--Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
--No call, nights or weekends
--All direct cases. No CRNA supervision
--Case Mix: Bread and Butter, General, Spine, Orthotrauma, head and neck, thyroidectomy, Gyn, and Robotics
--Active California license
