Details of Assignment:
--7am-3pm
--Night call and weekend call on rotation (1 in 4). Providers that take call on Friday will cover on weekends.
--1:4 MD/CRNA ratio
--Four ORs, occasional coverage for GI provider
--No L&D, no Cardiac, no Neuro
--Active Washington license
