--Case types: Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, Total Joint, Nephrology, Renal transplant, GYN, Oncology, Complex spine, OB, Complex GI, EP lab, DaVinci, plastics, vascular, no heart, cranium or thoracic
--EMR: Cerner
--Credentialing: 60-90 days
--Active Washington license
