Providers who indicate an interest in a position are also asked to identify their degree, primary specialty and state of licensure.  Providers additionally have the option of applying for a specific job via an email sign-in portal and upload a resume. By providing us with this information, you acknowledge that it may be forwarded, transmitted or otherwise viewed by our clients. 

Like many websites, we collect non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, Internet Protocol (IP) address, language preference, referring site, location and the date and time visitors access the site, which help us to better understand visitors’ use of our website and improve its functionality.   We may additionally use this information for our business purposes, such as for data analysis, enhancing or modifying our website or services, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and identifying usage trends.

California Do Not Track Disclosures
