Dates of Coverage: February 14 - 28, March 21 - April 4, April 18 - May 2 

Details/Requirements for Assignment 84895:
* Active Illinois license required or IMLC (+ will also help you obtain an Iowa license in addition)
* Board Certification required + needing providers with no medical malpractice history for credentialing purposes
* Coverage will be clinic (in Iowa) and call coverage in Illinois (right next to each other) 
* Robotics aren’t required but the facility has Da Vinci
* Seeking to fill 14 days per month (willing to piece this need together with multiple physicians if need be)
* Primary hospital is a level 2 trauma center
* Clinic schedule will be shared with a staffed APP
* Locums to permanent is an option for any interested candidate
