Any agency can find you a locum tenens placement.

We’ll find you the right one.

Family medicine clinicians choose Jackson and Coker because we provide personalized guidance and opportunities that align with their professional and personal goals. Our relationships are built on advocacy, responsiveness, and a commitment to long‑term partnerships, not transactional placements.

Let’s talk about what a fit-first approach actually looks like at FMX.

“I truly value the meaningful engagement I have with each department in the organization. The open collaboration makes me feel supported and respected as a provider, which inspires me to give my very best to patients and the team every day.”

- Dr. Ismail J.
