Tim Fischer is President of Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens, one of the nation’s largest physician and advanced practice locum tenens staffing firms. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Tim has built and grown companies across healthcare staffing, IT staffing, and professional services.

Since joining Jackson and Coker in December 2019, Tim has focused on strengthening the company’s culture, developing leaders, improving execution, and helping healthcare organizations use locum tenens as a strategic workforce solution. His leadership is grounded in the company’s mission: connecting providers and communities to transform lives.

Tim is known for building values-based cultures, leading turnarounds, scaling teams, integrating acquisitions, and driving sustainable growth. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, quality, disciplined execution, and developing people to reach their full potential.

A lifelong competitor and supporter of athletics, Tim is also a member of the Illinois Basketball Hall of Fame.

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Maggie Youmans leads specialty divisions, Sales Development, and the Enterprise and VMS teams. With more than 14 years of healthcare staffing leadership experience, she drives sales and recruiting strategy, develops high-performing leaders, and advances initiatives that support growth and customer success.  

A recognized voice in healthcare staffing, Maggie has served as a panelist at the Staffing Industry Analysts Healthcare Staffing Summit and contributed workforce planning insights to Becker’s Hospital Review. Her leadership experience spans specialty, enterprise, and VMS/MSP business lines, giving her a broad perspective on workforce strategy and organizational growth.  

Maggie earned dual BBA degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Georgia and graduated magna cum laude. Outside of work, Maggie loves traveling, exploring new destinations, restaurants, and experiences with her husband and daughter.

Executive Vice President

Matt Hale serves as an Executive Vice President, leading the Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Contract Management, and Customer Care teams. He works across the organization to align strategic priorities, strengthen operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth while delivering exceptional experiences for clients and healthcare providers.  

With nearly two decades of leadership experience in financial management and business operations, he is known for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to developing high-performing teams, and focus on creating long-term value. 

Matt holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kelly Solomon is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience driving innovation and aligning technology to support business outcomes. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Purdue Global University, along with industry certifications including PMI Project Management Professional (PMP). 

Kelly actively champions initiatives that expand learning and development opportunities for young people, sparking curiosity to build upon their future success. She serves on the boards of Inspiredu and IT Girls Foundation. 

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys golfing and traveling with family and friends.

Vice President, General Counsel

LaKeisha is both an attorney and a healthcare industry insider. She joined Jackson and Coker after serving as in-house legal counsel and enterprise risk manager at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Before joining St. Jude, she was a litigator in private practice and advised healthcare clients on legal and risk management issues. As our General Counsel, she leverages her unique background to provide practical guidance that informs business strategy and helps to mitigate risk.

LaKeisha has earned certifications in healthcare compliance and healthcare risk management. In addition to her law degree, she has a master’s in health systems management and a bachelor’s in nursing. She enjoys spending time with her family and baking sweet treats.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. She served on the Board of Directors for the Suits, Stilettos, and Lipstick Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering women and children to become resilient and purposeful leaders.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, upcycling mid-century modern furniture, and creating bold and eclectic pattern designs that bridge the gap between function and art.

Once you and our client agree to move forward with your assignment, our privileging team will assist you and the client in gathering information required by the healthcare facility to grant clinical privileges.

We contact the facility’s Medical Service Office (MSO) for their application and requirements.

We will assist you by pre-populating the facility’s application and sending to the MSO.

We will assist the MSO by following up on requested items.

MSO will grant privileges based on your training and experience, and you will be able to start your assignment.
