Tim leads Jackson + Coker with passion and enjoys helping others achieve more than they thought possible. With more than 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, he has a proven track record of successful leadership and a deep understanding of how to impact lives and drive corporate outcomes. Tim is known for his personal touch, remembering the names and stories of each associate, and infusing emotional intelligence into J+C’s business strategy.
Before joining Jackson + Coker, Tim served as President of Medical Doctor Associates and held leadership roles at RCG Global Services and IMI Systems. Tim graduated from Culver-Stockton College and attended the United States Air Force Academy. He is a sought-after speaker and coach. Tim is a member of the Illinois High School Basketball Hall of Fame.

Anne has been at the forefront of the evolution of locum tenens for more than 35 years. She’s a respected leader with expertise in corporate operations, risk management, credentialing, and travel services. Before joining Jackson + Coker, she served as Executive Vice President at Medical Doctor Associates, part of Cross Country Healthcare.
An ardent industry advocate, Anne served several years on the Board of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), including two years as president.
Anne received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Spring Hill College. She is also a PADI open water diver and enjoys scuba diving.

Dave Booher leads Jackson + Coker’s key recruitment divisions, which are vital to fulfilling our mission to connect providers and communities to transform lives. He has extensive leadership experience and brings creative, forward-thinking ideas to Jackson + Coker. His diverse experience includes roles in finance, operations, and development, and elevates the locums experience.
Dave graduated from Florida State University with a degree in accounting and finance. He enjoys travel, has visited 42 states and 28 countries, and calls Georgia home. In the fall, Dave doesn’t miss a chance to watch his Seminoles play and loves being a dad to his twin sons.
Melissa brings 20 years of software industry knowledge and operational design skills that allow her to shape strategic direction, business priorities, and innovative solutions. She brings extensive experience in software product development from previous roles with Home Depot, McKesson, and ADP.
Melissa’s passion for innovation drives her toward the company’s goal to disrupt the locum tenens industry while connecting providers and communities to transform lives. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia and is also a published children’s book author. Her book Maggie and the Magnifying Glass: Exploring the Seasons was published in 2022.
Matt’s focus on business and finance ensures we are strategically positioned within the dynamic locums environment. His teams connect the dots between serving internal and external needs, including clients, physicians, and advanced practitioners.
He is a respected leader who earned both his bachelor’s in accounting and bachelor’s in finance degrees from the University of West Georgia. He loves football and the Georgia Bulldogs.
As Senior Vice President, Maggie oversees several key specialty divisions and adjacent teams. With a demonstrated history of leading teams and developing individuals across the organization, she is dedicated to inspiring, challenging and empowering associates to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Maggie earned degrees in marketing and management focused on consumer economics from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. She enjoys traveling with her husband to visit different bed and breakfasts. Together, they have been able to see the beauty within their own backyard and across the country.
LaKeisha is an experienced attorney and healthcare industry insider. She joined Jackson + Coker after serving as in-house legal counsel at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and as a private practice attorney specializing in providing legal and risk management support to physicians and healthcare organizations.
As our General Counsel, she leverages her hands-on knowledge of being a staffing industry clinician and healthcare leader tasked with developing staffing solutions in our dynamic and heavily regulated environment.
LaKeisha earned certifications in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Risk Management. In addition to her law degree, LaKeisha has a master’s in health systems management and a bachelor’s in nursing. She enjoys baking, being crafty, and loves decorating.
Deme Christian is responsible for leading the People Services team and works collaboratively with senior leadership at Jackson + Coker to support our corporate initiatives.
As a seasoned Human Resource executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience, Deme shapes and drives human capital strategies. This includes multi-site and multinational organizations undergoing rapid growth, transformation, and restructuring.
Deme holds a master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Evansville, Indiana. She also earned certifications in strategic HR management, diversity and inclusion, lean manufacturing, and ISO 9000 methodologies.
Stefanie is a highly skilled staffing professional who leads our Family Medicine and Advance Practice divisions with grace, honor, and unwavering determination.
With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Stefanie’s career has flourished from her early beginnings as a recruiter to becoming a branch manager, senior account executive, division vice president, and currently, vice president.
Her career with J+C began in 2010 as a Client Consultant with Primary Care. Stefanie’s strategic mindset, analytical skills, and composed demeanor have earned the respect and admiration of J+C associates. From leading record-breaking sales teams, to earning the Sales Team of the Year award during the pandemic, Stefanie’s dedication to helping others achieve their professional and personal goals is unwavering. Her passion for the industry fuels her to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential. She’s a true partner and collaborator who is critical to our success.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stefanie is an avid fan of 1970s and 80s dancing, enjoys traveling to new places, and has a love for Bigfoot.
Robert Paredes leads our National Accounts, Government, Telehealth, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) sales teams. His global experience in leadership development, corporate operations, and sales management enables him to support our ambitious growth goals.
Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northwestern University, where he also serves on the Alumni Admissions Council. Passionate about helping others, he is involved with corporate employee resource groups and is a business mentor through Year Up Greater Atlanta. Robert is also an active member of Toastmasters and serves on the membership committee for Kettering Executive Network.
Robert’s love of diversity includes living in various places within the U.S. and an expatriate assignment in China. Robert enjoys travel, speaking foreign languages, and calls Georgia home.
Nikole leverages more than 15 years of healthcare expertise while leading four key business areas: Advanced Practice, Neuroscience, Anesthesia + Radiology, and Non-Clinical Services. Her teams connect clients, physicians, and advanced practitioners and empower them to focus on delivering patient-centered care.
Nikole holds a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree in health care management from Davenport University. She has studied medicine and is passionate about connecting communities with healthcare solutions. She loves tennis and has a flair for culinary arts.
