Tim leads Jackson + Coker with passion and enjoys helping others achieve more than they thought possible. With more than 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, he has a proven track record of successful leadership and a deep understanding of how to impact lives and drive corporate outcomes. Tim is known for his personal touch, remembering the names and stories of each associate, and infusing emotional intelligence into J+C’s business strategy.  

Before joining Jackson + Coker, Tim served as President of Medical Doctor Associates and held leadership roles at RCG Global Services and IMI Systems. Tim graduated from Culver-Stockton College and attended the United States Air Force Academy. He is a sought-after speaker and coach. Tim is a member of the Illinois High School Basketball Hall of Fame.

Anne has been at the forefront of the evolution of locum tenens for more than 35 years. She’s a respected leader with expertise in corporate operations, risk management, credentialing, and travel services. Before joining Jackson + Coker, she served as Executive Vice President at Medical Doctor Associates, part of Cross Country Healthcare. 

An ardent industry advocate, Anne served several years on the Board of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), including two years as president. 

Anne received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Spring Hill College. She is also a PADI open water diver and enjoys scuba diving.

Deon leads our sales, recruitment, and training divisions and brings 30 years of staffing industry experience to Jackson + Coker. He is passionate about guiding and mentoring others. Deon’s extensive experience in staffing solutions and developing highly skilled teams is a key driver in our strategic development.

Deon’s family is central to his world and quality time with them is enjoyed to the fullest. He believes in pouring into and serving his community. Deon has devoted two decades of his life to youth ministry, valuing it as an opportunity to make a positive impact on the next generation. He enjoys competing in golf and is a loyal sports fan.

Senior Vice President, Technology + Operations

Melissa brings 20 years of software industry knowledge and operational design skills that allow her to shape strategic direction, business priorities, and innovative solutions. She brings extensive experience in software product development from previous roles with Home Depot, McKesson, and ADP.

Melissa’s passion for innovation has led her to be named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. SIA recognizes her for spearheading world-class technology initiatives that have enhanced J+C’s processes, communication and collaboration, and heightened the customer experience for the physicians and healthcare organizations we serve.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia and is also a published children’s book author. Her book Maggie and the Magnifying Glass: Exploring the Seasons was published in 2022.

As Senior Vice President, Maggie oversees several key specialty divisions and adjacent teams. Maggie earned degrees in marketing and management focused on consumer economics from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. She enjoys traveling with her husband to visit different bed and breakfasts. Together, they have been able to see the beauty within their own backyard and across the country.

Deme Christian is responsible for leading the People Services team and works collaboratively with senior leadership at Jackson + Coker to support our corporate initiatives. 

As a seasoned Human Resource executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience, Deme shapes and drives human capital strategies. This includes multi-site and multinational organizations undergoing rapid growth, transformation, and restructuring.  

Deme holds a master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the University of Evansville, Indiana. She also earned certifications in strategic HR management, diversity and inclusion, lean manufacturing, and ISO 9000 methodologies.

Vice President, General Counsel

LaKeisha is both an attorney and a healthcare industry insider. She joined Jackson + Coker after serving as in-house legal counsel and enterprise risk manager at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Before joining St. Jude, she was a litigator in private practice and advised healthcare clients on legal and risk management issues. As our General Counsel, she leverages her unique background to provide practical guidance that informs business strategy and helps to mitigate risk.

LaKeisha has earned certifications in healthcare compliance and healthcare risk management. In addition to her law degree, she has a master’s in health systems management and a bachelor’s in nursing. She enjoys spending time with her family and baking sweet treats.

Privileging.

Once you and our client agree to move forward with your assignment, our privileging team will assist you and the client in gathering information required by the healthcare facility to grant clinical privileges.

We contact the facility’s Medical Service Office (MSO) for their application and requirements.

We will assist you by pre-populating the facility’s application and sending to the MSO.

We will assist the MSO by following up on requested items.

MSO will grant privileges based on your training and experience, and you will be able to start your assignment.
