Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens Wins 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for Employee Well-Being and Professional Development

Company recognized nationally for creating workplace culture centered on associates.

ALPHARETTA, Ga. (October 16, 2024) — Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens, a leader in staffing solutions for locum tenens including advanced practice, today announced that it has been named a 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner with special recognition in the Employee Well-Being and Professional Development categories.

Top Workplaces awards are conducted by Energage and based solely on feedback from its research-backed employee engagement survey, which is driven by extensive benchmarks collected from millions of employees at tens of thousands of organizations over the past 18 years.

“These awards affirm our deep commitment to creating an environment where our associates can thrive,” said Tim Fischer, president, Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens. “Supporting well-being and growth goes beyond providing resources – it’s also about fostering an environment where every individual can reach their highest potential. We believe that by nurturing the personal and professional lives of our people, we help pave the way for their continued success and fulfillment.”

In addition to earning national recognition, Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens was honored earlier this year with a Top Workplaces award for the Atlanta region.
