A Partnership That Cares

In partnering with the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, we aim to amplify their mission to reduce burnout of healthcare professionals and safeguard their well-being and job satisfaction. The Foundation began in memory of Dr. Lorna Breen to initiate change within the healthcare industry.

Since 2020, the Foundation has gone from state to state and even to the Oval Office to bring awareness to barriers that often make physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals hesitate before seeking necessary mental health care. Stigma around mental health and some state policies often prevent healthcare professionals from pursuing mental health treatment for fear of losing their job or ability to practice medicine. These barriers can lead to mental health crises that otherwise might have been preventable.

By participating in the ALL IN: Caring for Caregivers Program, we reinforce our commitment to fostering purposeful relationships to transform lives.

“Locum tenens organizations, like Jackson and Coker, are integral to our healthcare system, and it is essential that we support health workers and hospitals in this space to ensure they are aware of the need for mental health resources and healthy working environments. When we work together as a healthcare system, real change can happen. I am thrilled Jackson and Coker is joining us in this work.”
