Working locum tenens offers flexibility and opportunities for all career stages while supporting existing staff. Recognizing their value and the growing physician shortage, the demand for locum tenens positions is expected to continue expanding in various settings and organizations.

“We provide a strategic path toward the future as the healthcare industry looks for staffing solutions that build organizational agility. Locums allows them [physicians and advanced practitioners] to rediscover why they chose to practice medicine and prioritize their mental wellness.”

In a recent interview with Becker’s Healthcare, Anne Anderson, executive vice president at Jackson and Coker, shares the benefits of the locum tenens model.
