Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens has been recognized as a top staffing firm to work for in the healthcare category by SIA. Out of 400 firms that applied for recognition, the company was honored with this prestigious distinction based on associate survey data.

“Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens’ recognition as a top employer is linked to our mission of connecting providers and communities to transform lives,” said Tim Fischer, president, Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens. “This honor highlights our dedication to creating a workplace where associates feel deeply connected to their work and empowered to make a meaningful difference. We firmly believe that in cultivating environments where our associates flourish, we elevate the caliber of our services and positively impact our partners, providers and communities.”

“Our culture is rooted in celebrating the uniqueness of each associate, fostering an environment where our people can excel while advancing our goal of improving the lives of others,” added Deme Christian, vice president of people services, Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens. “We are laser-focused on caring for our people, enabling them to reach their fullest potential and champion positive outcomes for those we serve. It’s an honor to once again receive this recognition based on feedback from our dedicated team members.”
