Jackson + Coker Wins Best of Staffing 2021 Award

Winning two prestigious awards for superior service throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

ATLANTA, February 2, 2021Jackson + Coker, a leading locum tenens agency, today announced that it has won the 2021 Best of Staffing for Client Satisfaction and the 2021 Best of Staffing for Talent Satisfaction awards for its commitment to exceptional service through a challenging year.

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Awards were based on satisfaction surveys sent to 100% of Jackson + Coker’s billed healthcare organizations and placed providers over the past year. Jackson + Coker’s scores for both client and talent satisfaction were significantly higher than industry averages, according to ClearlyRated, earning the company both awards. Fewer than 2% of staffing agencies in the United States and Canada earned the designation.

In the past 12 months, Jackson + Coker’s healthcare partners faced unprecedented challenges in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. In 2020, Jackson + Coker partnered with hospitals across the country to mobilize hundreds of physicians and advanced practitioners to COVID-19 hotspots.

Through a difficult year, Jackson + Coker associates were committed to the company’s mission to connect providers and communities to transform lives.

“I’m proud of Jackson + Coker’s associates for remaining focused on transforming the lives of providers, patients and their families,” said Tim Fischer, President of Jackson + Coker. “Throughout this pandemic, I have seen our team work tirelessly to serve our healthcare heroes and support our healthcare partners who are facing tremendous hardships. They sent videos and thank you notes, organized meal delivery to frontline workers and most importantly upheld our company value of Others First.”

Along with Best of Staffing, Jackson + Coker has previously been named a “Best Place to Work” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a “Top Workplace” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” by Staffing Industry Analysts.
