Receiving the “Best Staffing Firms to Work for” Award

Staffing Industry Analysts' 2017 Award.

Jackson + Coker, a nationally-recognized healthcare recruiting firm, is excited to announce it is a winner of the “2017 Best Staffing Firm to Work For” awarded by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Winners were chosen based entirely on results from a survey of internal associates. Jackson + Coker was also recognized as a “2016 Best Staffing Firm to Work For” based on high ranks from its associates. The winners were announced during Staffing Industry Analysts’ Executive Forum North America.

“Jackson + Coker’s success is a testament to the great people who work here,” said Jackson + Coker Leadership. “We are thrilled to be a named a ‘Best Staffing Firm to Work For’ for the second year running and share this honor with our associates.”

Jackson + Coker’s culture is built on five core values: strive for excellence, do the right thing, maximize potential, esteem the team, and put others first. The company seeks to help its associates reach their personal and professional goals and invests heavily in career training, educational opportunities and wellness initiatives for its associates.

“Our research suggests a high correlation between the satisfaction of internal employees and the satisfaction of a firm’s temporary workers you place with your clients,” said Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts, in a press release.

Jackson + Coker, a mainstay in the physician staffing industry, recently announced its expansion into advanced practitioner offerings. “We expect 2017 to be another banner year for our associates and company,” Jackson and Coker Leadership said.
